The truth is I had big expectancy and I bought 4 of them for my partner, whose hands are neuropathic. But it did not help him, and I am very sorry! It was very hard for him to stretch and release. I tried on me , and it was rather difficult for me too. It looked so easy on the clip... it is a pity because I do not know what to do with them. I'll probably give them to charity! My son didn't fancy them either. I can't rate or recommend because it wouldn't be fair, as it is very personal.
