I would be happy to write a review for Grip6 however I did not receive the belts or wallet that I had ordered however it needs to be pointed out that this was NOT the fault of Grip6. The online order was processed sent for shipment in timely fashion and placed in the trusted hands of the most incompetent shipping company in the world for international shipment - DHL. Don't take my word for it, please refer to their online reviews. From the online tracking info, the package cleared customs on January 12th and there were three supposed delivery attempts made over a week later when there were people present as well as a dog who will let everyone know when someone has came to the front entrance of the house or when the the doorbell rings. The third supposed delivery attempt, from the website tracking info, was made at 11:40PM. Who attempts to deliver packages at this hour of night!! All calls to the local DHL number were met by and answering machine as well as 10 emails to customer service that included the shipment details, parcel tracking number, name, and address details were sent with each note drawing a automated response of "Thank you for your inquiry and we will respond within 24 - 72 hours". Still awaiting on a response to any of the notes. Customer service for DHL is non existent, again, please refer to the hundreds of online reviews. The final chapter to this is, my son was finally able to contact a local DHL rep who informed him that the driver dropped the package off at the post office where they were informed that someone would be in to pick it up!! When my son went to the post office, he was told that no one had came in for pick up the package was sent somewhere, the lady did not know, presumably package heaven. So here I am, no answers from the incompetent shipping company, out $250 USD, and holding my pants up! Difficult to rate a product I did not receive but I will give it a four star because my friend is very happy with his belts.
