I purchased the tactical belt. At first I wasn't sure if I liked it, as there was a little bit of a learning curve to getting it as tight as I like.
It's still a little slow tighten and buckle compared to the older military style webbed belts that I usually wear with my jeans, but the webbing seems more durable.
I can't answer for how "tactical" it is, but overall, it's a solid work belt, and it's my go to belt when I wear jeans or work pants.
