Great product and good customer service, the belt is light weight, modern and fits perfect!
Delivery leadtime is extremely long and slow, took multiple weeks for order to arrive and considered cancelling multiple times.
Will be good to learn from other D2C delivery services or even offer express delivery with additional charge.
