Customer service is excellent! Product not so much. I returned a pair of ankle socks size large, they sent me a return label and paid postage. The exchanged pair was an xl, but I can't tell that its any bigger! The belt is pricy compared to an Under Armor brand at Zappo's for $20. So I couldn't recommend them.
