I bought two to give to my husband and son. My son loved it, my husband didn't. My husband did not find enough space for cards and documents. I took my husband's for me, as he didn't want to go through the trouble of returning it. I did not find any information about the return process. For my use, it is good but women need a little more space for a few additional cards, and official papers that are not cards, remember we carry documents of the whole family, always just in case. I had to leave important papers out. The leather and the color are very pretty. My son is delighted with the gift.
