Product is pretty solid, but customer services is very sub par. I needed the the strap replaced that I purchased maybe 2 years ago so I emailed grip6. You guys really put it out there that you have a solid warranty with replacement, but I never received a response, which in turn I just purchased a new belt. Well played grip6.
