I really liked how slim the Grip6 was, and how easy it was to operate. But the pop up function stopped working in the first few days. I contacted customers relations and they wanted me to make a video of how it is or isn't working . I told them I would try but I am 68 years old and not very techy at all. So I would find someone to do it for me if I could . So far it is not far enough up on there list of to do's . So I have a broken one , that won't hold the cards in tight. But i still use it , so far no lost cards. I don't know how long the warranty lasts , hoping i can get the requested video done before warranty runs out.
