Your socks are badly under sized. I am a farmer in Canada where -30 - 40 C are not unusual. I have size 10 feet. I ordered the extra large size that says it is good for 12.5 to 14. I can barely get the socks on and they stretch so much I can see through the weave. My brother has size 12 feet and cannot get the elastic top over his toes.
Socks look like good quality but way too small and tight. There is very little insulation value in tight socks because they do not hold enough air.
