I received a buckle with a particular print and it didn't look great. I then emailed Grip6 and received a reply within minutes, that was an incredible surprise.
I was told I could exchange the buckle, but when I received the replacement it really wasn't too much better than the original. The QC needs to be better. Excellent customer service and American made but this was disappointing. The belt was perfect I should say but the buckle print looked rushed and slightly smooshed and smeared.
