I typically do not write negative review but considering the nature of these items often purchased as gifts I feel I need to warn people to not rely on what the website states. On the quality of the product I would give 3, it's okay, not extraordinary. They respond fast, I could give it 5, but the nature of their response is just to respond and not attend to the actual issue, so grade it as 1 on actualy assisting the customer. I purchased 2 items from Grip6 a wallet and a set of belts about 12 hours apart. I chose regular shipping option (not Expedited). It took 8 days for the 1st item to arrive (from Utah to California). And it took 19 days for the 2nd item to arrive (same distance). I ordered for a BD gift and naturally, the BD passed long before they arrived, but the mist dissapointung thing when I inquired about the whereabouts of my order, they just pointed to the mail service and brushed it off. So I doubt I would order from this company again.
