I ordered a belt for a family member for Christmas and paid extra for shipping to get there on time. It should have been there 2 days early but showed up 2 days late. I emailed the company about it asking for a refund on the shipping since it clearly did not arrive on time and I paid extra. It has been over a week and I have not received an email or refund from the company. I have no idea if the family member liked the product since it was late and I don't know if they even initially enjoyed it. I am iffy on the company as of now.
