The belt and buckle seem to be of good quality. My old belt had a little stretch to it and was more comfortable to wear. The way this belt and buckle work it might not stay tight if the belt flexed a little, but regardless of why it does make the belt less comfortable to wear. I love being able to tuck the belt tail behind the belt. That was the main reason I bought and tried the GRIP6 belt. The layout of belt loops on most of my pants did not contain my other belt tails. Most of the time I tucked the tail behind the belt. It always looked tacky and eventually come out so I would have to do it several times during the day.
