Doesn't work. Belt is difficult to tighten and very difficult to release. There is no stretch at all so it is impossible to tighten it enough. I find that after trying and trying, the belt is not tight enough and it doesn't keep my pants up. Maybe with a stretchy fabric the belt would work but as it is now, it is useless.
