I've used a leather belt (with the hole punches) for 5 years and it was getting pretty worn out with my newest job as a apprentice plumber in Alaska. Decided to try the GRIP6 belt with ninja buckle because I needed something I think would be more durable. I've used it for the last tho weeks now and after figuring out how to fasten it I'll say the undoing the belt and refastening for bathroom can take a bit more time than a traditional belt, but it's been very secure and I can get it to the tightness I like and no longer have either my pants creeping down due to tools in my pants pocket or end of the day belt marks against my skin— secure but doesn't hurt. I'd recommend most people try at least one.
