I ordered 2 pairs of WOOL ANKLE SOCKS and the quality is outstanding, very well crafted, & I received them promptly. I would highly recommend their socks to anyone! But, their customer service is very poor. The socks are too small, I need to exchange them with a size larger. They advertise this can be done; however, I cannot get through to customer service. They only have a voice mail which says you can leave your name and Order number; but, the message recommends emailing them will be faster. When I called back, twice, the voice mail was "FULL" and I could not get or find their email address. I finally found their email address, emailed them to ask what do I need to do to exchange my socks; but, no response yet. I'll wait 2 more days and email them again as their voice mail REMAINS "FULL." Very poor customer service. If you are fortunate enough to get the correct size and do not need to exchange any of their products, I'm sure you will appreciate the excellent quality of their socks. If you have to reach out to them to exchange or return a product --GOOD LUCK!
