I have ordered three times so far from GRIP6 and I love this company. First order was two belt straps and two buckles, those are still going strong 2 years later. Second order got a buckle I've had my eye on for awhile that finally went on sale and ordered my dad some belt setups and decided to try the wool socks since so many options were on sale too. Absolutely loved the socks, so did my husband, so I placed a third order with more socks for myself and some for my dad. Here is where the additional worth of a company shines through. On my third order the ankle socks were too small, my prior order had been crew socks size medium and were just a little to big so I ordered small ankle socks but they were way to small. Not a problem for the super fast and responsive GRIP6 team, promptly, same day of email got new socks shipped with a tracking number to me, they just requested me to return the to small socks. Then I discovered that without realizing it I had thrown away the return prepaid shipping label so emailed again letting them know this and that since this was an error on my part I would pay for the shipping return and confirmed I had the correct return address. Again not a problem at all, same day email they send me a new prepaid return shipping label to print out and use requesting I not use my money on the return. 5 stars all around, the products and the customer service amazing!! Lifetime customer here and already have my husband and dad converted too.
