This belt doesn't hold my pants up. It seems to come undone very easily. Maybe there's some secret I'm missing to securing it properly, but I haven't figured it out, and it came with no instructions to help me.
After having to readjust the belt several times a day and at least once having the belt come off altogether, I went back to my old belt.
