I was really excited when ordering this belt. Upon its arrival, I liked the fact that it was very lightweight and looked attractive, and the waist size was fully adjustable. However, when tightening the belt, it felt as if the tightness would loosen some - but easily manageable. I decided to return the two belts I ordered because I found it VERY difficult to unbuckle the belt. Basically, I had to shimmy the pants down my waist and then unbuckle the belt. I requested assistance from customer service, who told me to look at the video. The video did not show HOW to unbuckle the belt. I was surprised and disappointed that the company did not make a video showing how to easily unbuckle the belt. To the company's credit, it timely issued me a refund upon my return of the two belts. For now, I will stay with the rachet type belt.
