My socks have slowly been shrinking. I just ordered another 5 pair but in the next size up. Thinking that it would hopefully allow for this. Unfortunately, 4 of the 5 pair was missing from the order, prompting an email, to which I received no reply. Similarly, a VM garnered no reply. Finally made contact with a very polite and friendly staffer who took care of the problem. Five days later, the shipment arrived. Otherwise, I'm very happy with the product. The socks seem to wear like iron and should last many years. I'm also giving one of your belts a try!
