The thin mat style of webbing in the Grip 6 belt is great, especially if you have a little love handle hanging over like me. Tgis prevents the buckle of the belt from biting into your stomach whenever you bend forward > 30 degrees. My only suggestion for an improvement would be where the starting side of the belt locks into the buckle. The is currently a hard plastic piece which secures the beginning side of the belt into the buckle however the nature of this plastic piece causes a noticeable bump under that side of the buckle. Perhaps you could design some kind of rabbit in the back of the buckle where the piece would pull tight into a flat condition with the belt buckle when tightened. Sort of like a mortice and tennon joint in cabinetry. This would allow the buckle to lie totally flat improving both comfort and appearance.
