Had an issue with my purchase. Wanted to talk to a human to help me pick correct size. No answer first 2 times. Left message, no return call. 3rd call, msg box full. Found adress online of company and sent belt to that address. Today received return label with different address than where I mailed belt. We'll see what happens.
