Don't waste your money. The belts aren't as great as they advertise. The grip doesn't stay. My husband said it was sliding looser while he walked. Customer service is TERRIBLE! DONT USE THE TRY BEFORE YOU BUY OPTION! We wanted to do that because my husband is picky and they advertise no up front charges. I got charged right away and it took a week to get a response. They said the Try Now company charges an authorization charge and then refunds it right away to make sure the funds are there. I never got a refund and when I asked for one I got radio silence. Now, we are stuck with this belt that he hates. Waste of money.
