I purchased about $250 worth of their socks. They claim to have a lifetime warranty on their products and will stand behind them with a "guarandamntee." Well 12-24 months later about half of the pairs have holes worn right through the heels. I've reached out 3 times by email, called 3 times but get a recording stating "caller does not have a voicemail set up" and I can't leave a message. I've also texted and still 3-4 weeks later I've not heard one word from this company's "customer service!" I hope now that I've had to resort to leaving a pitiful review on this company and their products maybe I'll get a response! I'm beyond dissatisfied with the bait and switch this company pulled.
