I was gifted the Grip 6 wallet several years ago. I loved this wallet so much that it’s the only reliable wallet I use. A student of mine admired my wallet so much he added it to his wish list to receive as a gift. I granted that gift to him and when it arrived I was disappointed that the leather quality was different from the original Grip 6 wallet that I was gifted. The leather quality on this new wallet seemed thinner and lacks that rugged look of the original wallet. The overall quality of the wallet alone is excellent, but lacks that rugged look that sets it apart.
