I give it 4 stars only because I have gas some slight issues with one of the 7 wallets I've bought. I sent an email, was asked to send a picture of the issue, and then asked to send a video.. I'm not going back and forth. I have an issue, the picture should have summed it up. Why do we need to play games? I was under the impression I had a lifetime warranty? I'm not too happy with the customer service, but I do live the products, and will continue buying them, I just won't count on anything being covered by the warranty, and hopefully won't need to?
