This is my first grip6 belt. Honestly, I don't love it but I haven't worn it much. I like the webbing & the buckle, minimalist. But the concept requires overtightening the belt to get it to relax to the position you want which may take some getting used to. For a work belt, I like something you can really crank down on. Not feeling that with this buckle system. Not giving up, just some initial thoughts. Should be fine for casual wear, may even buy a few more colors.
