It's a good functioning belt, but the belt material is like sand paper. Maybe if I didn't have love handles hanging over the belt it wouldn't be an issue, but I do and after a day of wearing it became uncomfortable. Wearing it again right now and it is a great design but I think bigger people will find it less comfortable than skinny people.
