The belt itself is great and does as advertised. The reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 5 is because I'm on the heavier side and the buckle that comes with the classic belt digs into my stomach when I'm sitting down. With all the reviews saying that it didn't do that I was disappointed when I found that it did. It was a big reason I chose to purchase the Grip6 over other belts.
