I work in customer service for a manufacturing company. I’m extremely disappointed that my shipment (Christmas gift ordered November 30th) was lost and that a second package could not be shipped expedited at your cost. Any customer service oriented company would do this. You can say customers are important to you but you need to back that up. I assume I’ll get the product eventually (who knows how long after Christmas) and that my husband will be happy with it which is why I’m rating acceptable. However I have a bad taste in my mouth from my experience as a customer. Because your product is something that could be supplemented with future purchases I think refusing my request for expedited shipping was a mistake on your part. I truly hope this review does make a difference.
