I am giving a 3 star review only because the customer service was excellent. However, that's where my positive review ends.
I ordered my grip 6 belt at the beginning of December and sadly it is now December 26th and I was yet to receive it. This was supposed to be a replacement and a gift that would replace my old department store belts that pinch and create discomfort.
When I contacted customer service a second time on December 24th, I was told my order was lost in transit. Talk about disappointing.
I live in Canada so I am guessing this is where the problem lies. If you live in the U.S. I am sure getting your belts is no problem as they do not need to cross through borders causing delays.
Because of the issue, I was forced to cancel my order although I wish I knew where my belt ended up.
Very disappointed.
