I can’t help but give a shout out to Mandy at Grip6. If you don’t know what Grip6 is, Google it and go to their website immediately. They have life altering belts (bands and buckles that are interchangeable in all kinds of shapes, sizes, colors and designs) that are not only practical and stylish, but can also save you in a pinch. Like when I had to use my belt to rescue Kada from a steep cliff while hiking one day, but that’s a story for another day. Fast forward… Happy ending, Kada was rescued and I’m still rockin’ that belt (pictured below). The reason for the shout out – Mandy and the customer service she provides can’t be beat. This company is legit and honestly wants to make your shopping/wearing experience the best it can possibly be. My husband gave me two sweet buckles (pictured below but heads up - the snowflake was a holiday special) for Christmas this year, not knowing that they were not compatible with the slim band I currently have. I called customer service to exchange them and Mandy not only was super friendly on the phone, sent me a return shipping label for my return, but also had my freshly engraved buckles (yes, they are engraved onsite and JUST for you) in the mail before I could even get the return label printed. About 30 minutes later, and unfortunately for Mandy, I changed my mind and decided to keep the larger buckles and order a new wider band to fit them. I called customer service again and got Mandy on the line. Mandy didn't mind one bit (or at least she didn't sound like she did) that I changed my mind. With lightening speed, she backed up the return process, helped me place a new order of a new band and also the freshly engraved buckles, laughed with me on the phone and immediately got the new merch out in the mail. Mandy loves her job, you can tell. I love Grip6, you can tell. Everyone should own at least ONE of these belts.
