This belt was designed for a slim man that doesn't need a belt to hold his pants up. It's pretty hard to get the belt tight enough to keep you pants up with the end of the belt designed to be on the inside!! I've had it about three weeks and it's getting a little easier as it softens up and isn't so stiff as when it was new. I'm 69 and have a little belly, if you have a beer belly, walk away from this belt!!!
