The belt itself is comfortable, lightweight and easy. I would recommend buying a few sizes higher than you normally wear so you can adjust it to your own comfort. I found with my size 32 I would have preferred to have a bit more length to fasten the belt more easily. It makes more sense to buy it longer and cut it to your own preference.
