I was torn between a 3 and a 4 star. I went with a 3 because I am rating the company as a whole. The belt is made of very high quality, with great design features. My order was processed and shipped promptly. However, the sizing is way off. The guide says to order the same size as your pants, and that the loose end should make it to the first belt loop. Most of my pants are size 34, with some even a 32 (been losing inches!), but the loose end just barely makes it across the buckle, let alone to the first belt loop on some of my pants. I hope it doesn't compromise its functionality overall.
