I am impressed withthe belt stay ability. I'm a bigger guy 400lbs and these types of belt always loosen, NOT the case with the GRIP6 the stay put not matter what. The only complaint i would have is that after sitting for so long the metal plate does dig in, I don't think that's a GRIP6 problem rather a big boi problem.
