The product is 5-star. The customer service is 2-star. I've actually bought 2 belts from them. One from their eBay store. One from their home site. I had accidentally ordered the wrong size on the eBay store. I initiated a return the same day it arrived in the mail. Never got any response from Grip6. Nothing. EBay stepped in and gave me a full refund. So I gave that belt to my son and ordered the proper size from their home site. Got two belts for the price of one.
