While belt is easy to slip off its not as easy to tighten as they shown in videos. I ordered a 2 pack, work belt and men's ember. Neither belt is quite long enough to easily tighten. I can tighten with effort, but belts would need to be. A tad a longer to easily grip and tighten. I wear 34 waist pants and ordered the 34 as instructed in sizing video. Inunopion belt would need to be at least another 2 inches or more longer to easily tighten them.
