There is no issue with product. The issue with delivery partner (DHL). Product arrived Union City, California but has not been received by USPS or so it seems. I contacted the partner tracking service and they responded that USPS has received package but has to be sorted for delivery. I also understand delays due to the Covid Pandemic but I cannot get a true answer in regards to delivery.
