Ordered Granite - was helped very well by Mandy. One of the buckles exchanged by Mandy had a finish defect. Worked with Kait on getting it replaced. He asked that I send a photo and after all of that, he still waited to get the returned buckle back before sending a replacement. It's almost been 2 weeks & I still don't have the replacement. If I dealt with Mandy only your rating would have been 5 stars. Kait lowered your rating to 3 stars for the hassle & delay that he has caused.
