OK belt for a girly man but that is about it. Can't get this belt tight enough and I have tried multiple ways and exactly like the company videos. For you girly men that just wear light pretty boy slacks you will be fine but if you want to put on a pair of work pants and add a small flashlight, multi-tool and cheap flip phone your pants will probably end up around your ankles.
Give it to your girl or boy friend they will probably love it.
