The product holds its position as advertised. However, it is not as easy to adjust as advertised because one end of the buckle has to be manipulated to be perpendicular to your body when you pull the other end through. This issue could be alleviated if the buckle were made smaller end to end. Making the buckle about 2/3 the size and keeping the same belts what do the trick. This would especially be helpful to those of us who know longer have a 30 inch waist.
