The metal is where its at. The color is great, definitely a statement. Metal is strong, good finish, and good size. The belt is very strong, very durable. I can see why they give a lifetime guarantee, I don't see the material fraying ever. It doesn't take long getting used to tightening and letting lose, once you understand the mechanic of it. I'd give 4.5 out of 5. There one thing that I find deficient, my nit pick. The belt isn't particularly thick in width. You have to flip your belt around and re thread it though the metal buckle to maintain the rigidness. Otherwise, it bends and curves. Maybe there is a thicker belt that they carry. Either way, it looks good when I match it with my suit and shirts and ties.
