The jury is still out as to really liking it. It's really good quality and works just like it says. Their customer service is excellent. My issue, I think, is getting used to how it operates. I have to say, once it's tightened, it does not slip a bit. I'm sure i'll be 100% satisfied once I use it a bit more!
