As a company, they seem very supportive of customers. Lots of product info. Videos on how to set belt up and put on. The belt itself is thinner than expected, personally I prefer a thicker belt. After a week or so I’m still taking longer to “hook” my belt than a regular one. Also takes more time to insert and pull strap in before setting. Also strap goes in crooked sometimes and I have to straighten it. I DO like the simplicity of it and love the buckle.
