The customer service is very good and quick to reply. I wanted to wait to review after a couple of weeks of use for the two belts I received. Looking back, I do regret purchasing these. One of the benefits is the ability to switch the look with different straps, but you can only gets straps from GRIP6. So I'm extremely limited in my options unless I want to spend more money to get other straps. As for fit, this is not for dudes with dad bods like myself. Since I've not been able to workout the past three months due to my gym being closed for COVID-19, my gut has gotten bigger. Now it hangs over my belt, which has sharp edges. I ordered this before when I wasn't as fat, which seemed like a good idea. These are ok belts, and not as special as advertised.
