I think my body type is not suited to he belt. Have put on a few pounds since retirement. Currently a 40 inch waist pants ordered a 40 inch belt not enough length should have gone with 44 or even 46. If I were still then (34 inch pant) the product would probably work better. I have a slidebelt and find it works much better. Hopefully after all this lockdown stuff is passed I can lose a few inches and the Grip6 will work. Happy with the overall quality of construction just don't like the fit. Low rating more a function of body type, if you are skinny like in the demonstration video it is probably OK
