I would like to review the product. I have not received yet, and the true problem is that there is no one responsible. I am aware of the delivery delays but I think you can give options for shipping the product, even if I have to pay extra. I was really into the product and unfortunately I may not be using it ever. Your shipper used the national post services and is the worst option possible for delivery into Mexico. Maybe you can disclose this information before taking the order. I really believe is an amazing product but I believe I will never receive it!
