Customer service in processing order and response to inquires is excellent! The Ninja belt I ordered is very light and comfortable to wear and is easy to adjust and does not slip as well as being fashionable. The only reason I didn't give a 5 was due to the long delivery time which is not in their control. They may want to improve delivery by looking for another delivery partner as have not had the problem with other online orders.
