After talking on the phone and explaining the problem and the make of the shower the engineer turned up, spent an hour looking at his phone and then said "sorry mate can't get the parts". Talked to the manager and he was insistent that the £120 was non refundable as it was a call out only. I eventually ordered the part directly from Mira and got it fitted two days later by a proper plumber. Avoid at all costs!!
